We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Beatles official store; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
